In a three-farm collaboration, Green Bench Brewing has created a Double Dry-Hopped West Coast IPA with CLS Farms, Gooding Farms, and Roy Farms for the 2022 Hop Convention. The beer, named NW x SE IPA, features El Dorado®, Idaho Gem™, and ADHA Azacca®.
“I find this beer to be Earthy and floral with subtle notes of fruit. It’s dry with a very soft and delicate bitterness that doesn’t linger very long,” said Khristopher Johnson, Founding Brewer and Co-Owner of Green Bench Brewing. “Balanced, drinkable, and medium bodied NW x SE is a showcase of the sum, not the parts.”
The beer will be available in the Hop Convention and in cans and on draft at the Green Bench Brewing tap room in St. Petersburg, FL.
